Authentication Type - PAP or CHAP
APN type - default,supl,xcap
APN protocol - ipv4/ipv6
Bearer - Unspecified
MVNO type - none

Save the settings >  Restart your phone .

If you want to download files . Download "TOUCH VPN " from Play store and Select the location to india and connect it
